Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the full product price (excluding any additional delivery costs beyond standard shipping).

  • Sealed goods (such as hygiene or health products) that have been unsealed after delivery

  • Digital content or downloads once access or download has begun with your consent

  • Services already fully performed with your prior consent before the withdrawal period ends
